This is a dystopian future police state by a deeply disturbed Bolshevik, specifically about the actions following the October Revolution. In 1921, "We" became the first work banned by the Soviet censorship board. Zamyatin smuggled his book to the West for publication. Features an introduction by Ursula K. Le Guin. This is the first British Folio Society edition in a handsome slipcase and it features original art by Kit Russell. The binding with the slipcase interplay with a multi-layer display design.
