Published in London by Folio Society. 1995. First Thus. Fine Quarter-Leather Hardback. No inscriptions or bookplates. Near Fine slipcase. Slight marks to panels of slipcase. Illustrated by Leonard Rosoman. Signed by the artist on the limited edition page at the rear of the book. One of 100 numbered copies and a few lettered copies of which this is letter C. Brown quarter leather binding over marbled boards. Specially bound by the Fine Bindery in quarter red-brown morocco, with Ann Muir marbled paper on the boards and pale brown end-leaves and slipcase. An extra colophon leaf, signed by Rosoman (the illustrator) inserted. The text on the verso of the title-leaf has also been revised to name the binder. A few lettered copies (probably around 25) were also issued in this form, for private distribution by the Society.
